Cotton Velveteen  and  Stretch  Velveteens  are  the  cotton  versions  of   Polyester  Velvet. A  soft smooth  fabric with
short cropped  pile. Cotton  Velveteen  have a soft  drape  and  it  is  wonderful for just about everything, skirts, vests,
jackets and pants.
